A custom project usually starts with a hand-drawn sketch. Over the next six to eight weeks, the sketches turn into 3D models, prototypes, prototypes, certification reports, and finally, standard work instructions on the production line.
We split this process into five acceptance nodes: demand confirmation, structure review, prototype verification, certification testing, and mass production introduction. Each node has a clear output, and customers can apply the brakes at any step without having to wait until the mold is opened.
Requirement sign-off, structural review, prototype validation, certification testing, and production ramp-up. Each gate ships a document, so decisions are made with evidence rather than optimism.
